Car Parts for a good Price - Click HERE for Original Thread

Hey guys,

I'm just getting into the import scene now and wanted to get some info for parts for my car. I got a Mitsubishi Eclipse 2003 RS Model. I took a look at the web and things were just a bit complicated as I have no idea about cars. First I want a little of everything I was thnking of starting out with something small like cold air intake and exhaust then work my way up, any suggestions? Do you guys know anywhere in edmonton that I can get parts I want for a decent price? Also if you guys don't mind giving me some heads up on the parts I listed below and tell me good alternatives. Thnx!

P.S. Got a quote for the AEM cold air intake from a place in the southside for $310.00 but charging an arm and a leg for install is that a good price for it?

Everything in Canada is overpriced. I have a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse RS as well. Everything I buy I buy from the US. Except my stereo and some other little things. Awesome site for 3g Eclipse is www.pjautomotive.com he only sells things for the 3g. Also check out www.neweclipse.org and www.club3g.com
I have the AEM CAI I got it from Autotoyz for like $300 or something from Kevin. But he doesn't work there anymore. I was looking at the Bomex kit as well but there is another kit out there for a lil more money but it is a lot nicer. It's a widebody kit. It's on the PJ website. To install the CAI isn't very difficult. You could prolly be able to do it yourself. Should not cost more than $75-100 to be done.

You could install a CAI in your car in no time by yourself. It's very easy. I would hate to see someone pay to get something so basic installed.

I always go to Josh @ Fulblown first for all my parts - he'll beat any price I bring him, and he's even delivered the parts to me.
