I just bought myself a '91 240sx with super hicas, it has the crappy ka24de engine in it and i desperately need to get a sr20det blacktop in there. My question is where is the best place around to do the swap for me. I've tried emailing Autodream in Calgary, but they haven't answered me back. I live in Regina, Sk so me going to alberta to have it done is not a big deal. I have a brother in Calgary. I am also buying a '88 NX Pulsar SE with a ca18de in it for an engine, my question on that is where can i get either a turbo kit or a ca18det engine for it?

| go to www.n-e-c-c.com Those guys over there can help you out. We have a guy with a pulsar and he did the T. His forum name is pulsardet . I believe he got his done in Montreal. Also, there are plenty of guys who have both black and red top sr swaps. Good luck man. |

Why Get Rid of the Ka If it works, I have heard many arguments that (a turbo ka) the ka24det Is as good as the sr20det or the ca18det.
Also the swap of any of those engines is fairly straight forward.I'm nearly done and i'm about 10-12 Hours in.So Not over crazy to do.
Al's Autoparts supply and install sr engines try giving them a call. |
