yo so i got a funny story....
Brandon pulls off to the side at the light so me and ben can have a go, its 1:30 saturday night, in millwoods. off the line we both floor it, spinning our tires and manage to get up to about 170 in a 60 zone before coming to another light, i turn off, ben makes a right too, then a cop comes whipping around the corner cutting ben off forcing him to stop, i was behind him so i had no choice but to stop. He makes us shut off our cars and take out the keys, and leave our hands visible so we dont reach for something. Comes up to my window, " So, who woulda won?" I tell him i have no idea what hes talking about but assure him that if we were to ever race, i would smoke him LOL. He makes me take out my papers and then my phoone rang so i told him to hold on. In the meantime, the other cop is talking to ben. they both leave, come back in a minute and hands me my papers and tells me to slow down. as i wait for the ticket i notcie hes not holding one, and the cop keeps asking me whos car is faster....LMFAO So then he tells me that he saw us revving out engines and wanted to know who won......turns out he was sitting at the same intersection that we took off from. Then he says "good thing u werent racing, its a big ticket" then starts walking away. As i roll up my window he goes "peace out" and waves me the peace sign with his hand, smiles and gets back in his car. LUCKIEST DAY OF OUR LIVES...HAHAHAAHAHAHAHA me and ben couldnt stop laughing....Oh and Ben, i told him to pull us over next spring and then he'll see first hand whos car is faster!!!! |

| lol next spring maybe but jeff is a fuck of alot faster now with the stock rims on ahah those other rims slowed him the fuck down it was a dead even race ahahhe had me off the line but i managed to get a good pop on second which evened it out for all the gears...was actually a wicked race im still shocked they let us go..in fact im doubting they even saw the race they told me its dangerous to be going 80-90 in a 60 zone someone could pop out hah ai was easily doing 160 |

| please note: street racing bad....track racing good...but the road was so empty and it was straight for atleast 2 km... it was harmless |

| yea...it could have been interesting if jeff didnt tell me i was goin the wrong way the cop woulda had to choose but no i made a right turn through the intersection intstead of the merge and then the cop took us... |

The Edmonton Prelude Club in no way promotes or approves of street racing of any kind.

If one chooses to participate in a illegal street race and are charged by police, they are no longer considered an official member of the EPC.
We have access to race track facilities every friday night at Budweiser Motorsports Park and the cost to race is very affordable, so keep on the track!
