i had a really fun night guys, winter isn't even here yet and i already can't wait for it to be gone. my special thanks go out to darcy and matt for waiting while i tended to my bumper- ended up only breaking 1 bulb - couldve been a 100x worse if my bumper wouldve fell off going down the highway. my favourite was cruzing from west ed down to the south side - everyone was just given er', nice black 5th gen on the whitemud, mike with the crazy cut-in and of course the 10-lude train rolling down 23rd ave - maybe next year ill be able to give Rob a better fight

I'd like to thank everyone that did make it out to my place. I was expecting a bigger turn out but I guess the others don't care for free food.
It was a good time and a great social gathering, excpet for Matt's wife who was the only girl and bored to death of our car talk. Too bad no one else brought their significant other so she could have had some company.
The line of preludes in front of my house was classic. I'm sure the town of legal will be talking about it for some time. Working on ludes in my garage was fun and I even fixed my instrument cluster on the festiva in the rain/dark.
The cruise back to Edmonton would have been better if it wasn't freakin raining. Not only did my car get dirty  but I have absolutely no traction with those Falken Azenis Sport RT-215 tires. I give it a little gas and the tires just spin. They made the cruise less enjoyable.
We did so much that night, from my house, WEM, Gateway Lanes and finally Travis's house. What a night. There were a couple people who's night all most turned ugly but thank the lord it didn't.
With every event, it just get's bigger and better. I hope that next year, other members will become more involved with the club and participate on a more regular basis. I guess we just continue to do what were doing and others will clue in on what a cool thing we have. A social club...
BTW, a big thanks goes out to Yellowhead Honda, Pro Drag Performance, and Silent Rage for all the generously donated prizes. Continue to support our sponsors! |
