quick question:
how am i able to double check the court date on a ticket?(edit: i lost the ticket in a move....shit)
also, is there a way that i can show proof of insurance to void a no insurance ticket without going to court?
i got pulled over in the winter truck that i had just bought and i had no pink cards yet (in the mail) and no valid registration (plate of the old car, and no bill of sale) the officer then made me promise that i would go down to the court house and have my pink cards faxed to the officer behind the counter.
i went and did all that, but i never got conformation that the pink cards were recieved.
am i able to contact that officer and try again? (i have pink cards now, but im assuming that the police will still want a letter stating that i had insurence on the date of ticket issue)
what should i do? anyone ever done anything like this? |

Go to the Court House & ask if you have any outstanding fines / tickets. I don't think you can phone as they cannot guarantee who they're talking to. You could probably also go to any Registries office & see if there are any fines showing up. There's really no other way besides being stopped by the police but by that time it may be too late.

is there a way of dealing with this outside of a courtroom? |
