| so, since acouple of people r change there logos and stuff like that or just shaving all the emblems off their cars, i was just wondering if i were to get a ticket and the officer or even one of those meter guys wrote down the wrong make of my car, would the ticket sill be valid? |

| they'd have (hopefully) brand, paint and liscense plate, regardless of the model.. be pretty hard to defend that in traffic court. |

| i got out of a ticket already cause the officer put down that i drove a sunfire, which isnt the case at all, it just has the sunfire front end so i fought it and won:D |

| wouldn't they usually go by eiter the info on your registration, or the info from their computer using your license plate? rather than try and read the badges? |

TJ got an interesting one the other week. The ticket stated he drove a "Porche". Thought I'd share that one with ya....
But yea, you can rebadged your car all you want. You can put Cadillac badges on your Civic, they can't do shit. And if they list your car wrong in the ticket, you most likely will get off without a hitch. |
