here was my night....go to brandons,cruze downtown, get followed by pig from traffic circle by nait all the way down jasper ave cuz he saw us cruzin' and i mightve took a corner kinda sloppy :dunno:
go to whyte - prime parking spots :D leave @ 2am, coming home calgary trail, followed by another cop so i decide to take the white mud - he goes straight. im sick of being followed all night and kick it down the offramp - merging from calgary trail down past the finesse store. in 4th gear approx 5500+ and all of sudden won't go any more. rerrrr rerrrr coasting down the white mud with no throttle response whatsoever. finally dies as im sitting there with my engine idling. so i pop the hood... 2 OF MY SPARK PLUGS BLOWN RIGHT OFF :eek: :eek: :eek:
Not too sure what it could be, timing belt possibly - was do anytime now. engine is just old and needs some TLC over the winter i think :bthumbup:
I wish i had pics for you guys but pictures this.... buddy of mine with '85 lude like mine finally comes @3:30ish, go to my house, get tow strap, come back and as we're hooking it up another one of my buddies with an '87 lude like mine but auto happened to see us pulled over on the whyte mud. so he followed us all the way home :D
They were like my entourage hahaha 2 beaters - 1 pulling, other one following mine hahahaha. Down the whitemud, 50th street all the way to my house haha.
I guess it was a sign to get cracking on the rebuild. Going tomorow to buy an engine hoist, brandon suggested princess auto - anyone else know of a place i should check??? |

| shitty, my plug wires come of all the time and i can't figure out why. #3 cylinder is notorious for it. |
