| Smoked for 12 years or so. Gave it up when I had a GF who was allergic to cig smoke. Haven't missed it at all. Or the smelly yellow fingers, the lack of lung capacity... most of all - the 100 bucks less a month in my pocket :D |

I've been smoking since I was 17. I remember butts being only $5 a pack :mad:
currently im on day 2 of the Nicorette patch. step 1.
anyone else done the patch?
I havent had any real nic cravings so far. I just find myself bored, and thinking that i should be smoking because the action of smoking just seems to natural.
btw: in the booklet that comes with the patches, it mentions u may have irregular sleep patters and weird dreams. AND ITS TRUE. never in my life have i had such weird, lifelike, dreams as the past 2 nights. |
