For me, I would have to say my suspension. Totally changed the looks and dynamics of my MR2.
For bling factor, maybe my Momo steering wheel. It is night and day compared to the stock steering wheel!!

Oh yeah, I do have the pssssttt too....not only when shifting but also in cruise mode.......
