| well from my understanding from talking to people that have been over there with the military there is virtually no traffic laws or enforcement over in the middlie east, I am not sure about who pays for the vehicle repairs as I am not sure if they even have insurance over there |

This is not North America, they do other things differently because it is a different culture. What would they learn the first time? They do it for fun!

Obviously you dont know, that when they smash their cars up or anything, they literally leave it there. They are loaded to the nuts, and dont give a shit about their cars. ex.

| I'm not sure what exactly it is that the Doobies do, whether they have the cars converted before purchase or if they do it after. Regardless, the UAE is so oil rich that a large portion of the population has more money than they know what to do with. I have a friend who lives in Dubai and she spends a good chunk of her year travelling the world spending as much money as she can. heh |

| I was told LHD Skyline were made for Dubai, but I could be wrong. Also, Motorex doesnt do lhd coversions, they just get the Skylines into the country. |
