Phantom series. Looks like it was just taken out of the package. Used for about 1year(half of that year my car was stored). I do not have the original box however.
First $50 takes it.
Simple three wire installation. +12V(red wire), Ground(black wire), and tapping into the 02 sensor signal wire(purple wire). I have instructions on how to install it for a DSM, but not any other cars. What you see in the pictures is what you get.
