man, I switched to Fido so I could get away from Rogers....
but as long as Fido is still around & offering their coverage/plans, it's all good |

| Yah they will operate as two seperate entities. But the benefit for Rogers customers is that they can take advantage of Fido's strategically placed cell sites where Rogers is weak strengthening their signal anywhere they are in the city. Benefit to Fido customers is that they can use Rogers network for 3 months for free so the main benefit there would be rural and outside city limits as well as anywhere Fido has gaps. After 3 months though if they want the ability to roam on Rogers network then it is 5 bucks a month. which isnt too bad because existing fido customers will be allowed to keep their price plans, which Fido was giving away ridiculously cheap. |
