Well how :gay: is that?! WTF were the engineers thinking aobut when they desigened that thing?
I quote:
"The demo board, which NVIDIA demonstrated in an nForce2 system, produced a lot of heat. The air coming out of the fan grille is hot to the touch"
Translation: "Let's put the intake right next to the exhaust port"
That's like putting an intake right over top of the exhaust manifold of a car!, or even better, right next to the muffler...
What the "need" is to refine that air circulation better. |

lol... i love how you make reference to cars... hahah... pure gold
well the CPU on the FX is running at 500mhz compared to the radeon 9700's 325mhz. as well.. they are using ddr2 ram... and only 128mb of it.
but they haven't really released the juicy specs. or at least i haven't found em |

Well, let's just say I actually witnessed a certain someone installing a "cold air intake" on a EL, and somehow positioned the airfilter DIRECTLY above the Exhaust manifold!. Don't ask me how, I was completely speechless.
This videocard just reminded me of it... |
