Alright so last night i volenteered to be the dd and we figured we'd check out that new bar the union on argyll, anyway we're leaving the bar at about 2:30ish and start on our way home, we end up heading north on 97 and at a red light this van pulls up beside us, i pay no attention to the ppl in it as i could care less about them, anyway the guy in the passenger seat unrolls his window and i glace at him and see him spit on my car, well i don't appreciate this much so i unroll my window and ask him wtf? then the driver jumps out and starts yellin and walkin over to my door, i figure fuck it I've had a good night i don't wanna get into any shit so the light turns green and i take off. They try to tail me but my car is alittle faster than an older aerostar so i get i couple lights on him and figure thats that, then they come flyin up beside me, i ignore them as once again he spits on my car, then he pulls up infront of me and cuts me off slamming on his brakes, so i stop and ask them what their problem is, the driver hops out and says i gave him the finger and his jumps out buddy takes his belt off(why i don't know) then kicks my driver door, now I will not let anyone no matter who fuck with my car like this, so i get out and my friend in the back seat follows, i procide to once again ask them the reason for these bullshit in alittle more aggressive tone while my buddy gets ready to fight these idiots, then i look across the street and see what i think is a police officier with a dog walking towards us, he comes over and forces the two men back into their vehicle then tells me to get the plates and tell the cops, I tell him thanx and that was that, now my question is: what (if anything) will the police be able to do, as in if they find these idiotsticks is there any chance they would have to pay to get my door fixed? thanx in advance
p.s. surprisingly enough for the amount of force he kicked my door with there is only a set of little dents around the edge of where he foot landed (good ol' mazda steel)

Possibly a vandalism charge (You can claim vandalism on your insurance without it going up).
I doubt he'll get dangerous driving, since it'll be your word against his (That, and there are no witnesses other than your friends and his friends). |
