Point taken.:) My dad has a 95 325is, and its quick but definately not fast by any means. But it handles like its on rails. But its 9 years newer than this car so I dont know how much it would be in common, performance wise. As far as styling the E30 can be made to look very sexy. Is the car you are looking at a 4 door? I think the 2 doors look 10000x better, but thats just my opinion. If you get bored of the engine there is a place that will sell you an install kit for a Nissan SR20DET 2.0L turbo engine. But some say that is sacreligous.

The bimmers of that era were the cats meow when I was going to school (2 doors anyways).

They handle nice. I would say gutless in this era but peppy back then.

Nice daily driver ...........

If you can find one that has not been bagged on would be a miracle.

If you dont do your own maintenance up keep can be pricey.

Those little engines are tough......... but then again that was then. The car is now ~20 years old.

Nothing better than a chick driving a convertible bimmer back in the day............... sigh. :(
