thing sounds beefy man..wanna see what times u can pull out your ass in the spring

IDTrav
yeah it'll defintely have a little more umphh to it. the way his car is setup hes hitting 250BHP. im quite eager to see what mine will hit compared to that. i think it will come down to the craftsmanship of the head. He has a big valve upgrade and his own 3 angle P&P but the guy building our engines is quite experienced and may have a few tricks up his sleeve

Shady_Pro
trav is trying to ensure himself that hes gonna have the faster of the 2 2nd gens but he can't deny the enevidable....efi over carbs ne day of the week lol:bthumbup:   :drama:

se-i
I think that hes kinda giving alittle bs on the hp. I baury the needle in 4th alot faster and Im heaver and only got 172whp. I could be wrong I would like to see a vid of it from second or even first.

Shady_Pro
se-i i don't think u know what your talking about...:dunno: theres no bs in the horse power there...by the way what kinda pistons did u get for x mas?

se-i
Mabey not I wanna see a low end pull still. Either way its still a fast car. I got diamond pistons. I also got my new turbo mani, intercooler, fuel rail and TB and a few other things. I hope to be done for summer but times running out on me.

Shady_Pro
oh ya...what kinda bhp are you aiming for...

se-i
350whp what exactly is bhp?

Shady_Pro
brake same thing as wheels ive just been reading to much of this britsh guy..thats what say...lol ya 350 wheel thats pimp man what kinda whp were u puttin out last year?...did u replace your clutch

se-i
I got my new clutch. Just waiting till I do the build before I put it in. Last year I was at 172whp and 161tq. It should have ran 14's but that clutch sucked. It would grip sometimes just not at the track lol my luck.

Shady_Pro
and whats your aim for time this year with that build up:)

se-i
Atleast mid 12's on street tires hoping. Time will tell though

IDTrav
oooo diamond pistons hey? may i ask how much, what size and how much are you boring it out too? THe guys on preludepower said if i have the money to go with those, they are supposed to be the best. Im pulling a 14 day straight at work so i can start buying the parts i need. im also debaing on what i should do about a header, S&S or Pacesetter....:dunno:

Shady_Pro
ya i donno bout the header either....either way its gonna be ceramic just the s&s don't use flanges they use those spring connection things like on bikes apparently and i don't know to much about those and don't really understand them...:dunno:

se-i
I had a pacesetter on one of my accords. They do start to rust pretty fast. There is one person that finally bought a s&s on 3geez. I think the 4-1 would better suit yor needs. The S&S has more options. I think is still a personal preference but I wouldnt buy another pacesetter.

Shady_Pro
did u get the cermaic coated and did u get rid of there shitty slex joint u gotta weld in a flex pipe thats one of the reasons everyone has problems with those...as far as rattling and things breaking the design they used was just stupid

se-i
I just noticed your sig nice. I had the sitty black one and I used there shitty joint.

Shady_Pro
ya man haha im all down for the a series just takes a little more tlc
