The 3S-G"T"E and the 3S-GE are different. One's a turbo engine, one is not. Both were used in SW20's. |

| yeah i know that the 3S-Ge n the 3S-gTe are different, i wanted to get a 3 s- Gte but the 3s-gte for the mr2 is diff from the 3s-gte for a celica, i don know what is different, mounts or or something, thats what leads me to believe that a Mr2 3S-GE is Diff From A Celica 3S-GE |

They will fit interchangable, just the celica ones will need new motor mounts, as it sits lower in a celica than a mr2.
I know of a few people with celica 3sgte in their mr2's and mr2 3sgte's in their celicas.
So its all good, just different intercooler and mounts, which are interchangable.
