Not to take away from your sale, but if someone had to borrow 100 grand to buy your place at 5% (average rate for a mortgage locked in for 5 years right now) for 25 years, the monthly payment would be about 582, not 420. 420 a month would be the equivilent of a mortgage at 1.9%, which would be nice, but not likely. :)
Your argument for buying vs renting still holds true, and good luck with the sale, it looks like a nice condo. :bthumbup: |
