possibly rebuilding 2.2 turbo - Click HERE for Original Thread

Tyangelo
Does anyone know what kind of money I'm lookin at to rebuild a chrysler 2.2 turbo 1? rebuilding would include, besides new rings, pistons, etc, an intercooler, boost controller, cam, low comp pistons, bored 30, port and polish head, bigger turbo hopefully around 17 lbs. I figure with this, and other bolt ons, I should be able to see at least 250 HP. Anyone have any idea on cost wise? im thinkin, providing Im doin all the labour, about 2000.

Probably be close to $4000, if you are lucky.

Whatever you calulate it is, times it by two.
