brake trouble - Click HERE for Original Thread

eeebowlahhh
this is a post for a friend who doesnt have acces to the internet atm.

he has a 89 gts-t type m, and it was stored for the winter outside, covered, and a magnet oil pan heater, and a small heater underneath for extra warmth... any ways the question is that how his car started and running fine agian his brakes dont seem to work, they give off very little pressure if any while braking... any idea what it could be? air in the lines? or something along those lines, theres no fluid under the car or any representing a leak of some sort. so hopefully it would rule out a busted brake line. if you have a good idea or have had this happen to yourself please post and give some help thnx.

also it was parked outside in fort mcmurray where the winter is usally -30 for weeks on end :(

thnx.

RSN CRX
I suggest bleeding the brake system and maybe even putting in new fluid. It's one of the easiest things that can be done.

twinturbo
Stupid question.........did you check the level of brake fluid in the resevoir?
Seeing as you probably did, I would agree with RSNCRX
