I won't ask...;)
Anyways, I believe solid concrete walls give good sound proofing and any building that is 6 stories or higher must be built of concrete, they're also very fire safe.

In Clariview there are a bunch of rental units near the transit centre.
There is a new group of buildings directly behind the Superstore, and there is another group of townhouse style buildings (4 or 5 stories high, split among 2 people, one top, one bottom) that are strictly rentals. That would fulfill your "good transit" requirement.
As well, since you want "good transit" you obviously want to be near a bus/lrt station. For under 1000/month you could BUY an apartment, such as the Bonavista (Near belvedere station) which is brand new... |
