I was watching cops last night and they pulled over some guy in a car. He tell them he's got a bit of weed in the car so as they're searching they also find a bag that looks like coke. They ask him about it and he swears up and down that it's only powdered sugar and he was going to try to unload it on someone. The cops gave him shit and told him he could get killed for that.
Anyway, they ended up arresting him for a prior warrant, charging him with a couple things, but the funniest part is possesion of a counterfeit controlled substance!!!!!
Anyway, I thought that was kind of funny. Anyone know if there's a law in Canada to charge dumbasses who try to sell fake dope?:D |

There probably is, and if not should be. The problem with drugs, and reasons for the laws regarding them are not just for the direct effects but the spin-off crime of selling and such. Selling fake dope, could lead to very similar, and some different problems that just are not good for society.
The guy was still dealing drugs. |

| I don't smoke but one guy in high school tried to sell me Oragino (sp?) spices that looked like weed. I told him for 1 it wasn't weed, for 2 I don't smoke, and for 3 to fuck off. |

You can get charged for that here.
Either with:
- Possession 4(1) CDSA or
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking 5(2) CDSA (depending on other evidence) |
