If you all book together at the same agent you can typically get a much better rate (Comparable to if you booked last minute flights - except without the rush, and the chance of getting nothing).

I imagine most travel agents would hook you up - sounds like you got 15+ people going....

go before the summer "rush/high season", because i believe it will be cheaper.

hopefully there will be about 25 ppl going if all works out.
the only problem is that were planning to go on may long weekend (may20-23)

I was in Vegas last spring for a stag one night and then the wedding the next night. Then 2 more nights of fun. I love that place and can't wait to go back.

We had 31 people (about 50/50 guys/girls) and we had a blast like I'm sure you guys will.

And we ended up getting the best deal by calling hotels and booking a group of rooms together and then each paying for flights from where ever we were individually. It ended up cheaper than paying for those hotel/flight packages.

A friend of mine went down for a wedding on a bus (60~ people). Booze fest all the way.

There are many deals.............it all depends on what hotel you plan on staying...........

Some as low as 30/night............others x 10+ that..........

You have to find out how much everyone can afford.........

Airmiles? :dunno:

If not, flights to Vegas are never that expensive.

~500 bucks per person for return flights........

Regular Air miles does not work to well for vegas...... no direct flights......so you need ~3000 miles to make a connecting flight.

Aeroplan may work.

Yeah, I had to go through Denver on Airmiles, but it was worth it for a free flight.
