| does anyone know if a sr20det will directy mount into a rb20det nissan laurel...will it need custom engine mounts or like will the tranny match up with the splines of the rb20det drive shaft ive looked and i havnt found this out yet they swap would be the same for a cefiro and a 4 door skyline...:dunno: |

| I dont think it will mount up. When you swap an RB20 into a S-chassis, you need the crossmember. I would assume you will need a crossmember from an S13 or S14 to make it work. Tranny and driveshaft should line up. Try asking on n-e-c-c.com or nicoclub. |

| that wont be a problem i was planning on getting a frront clip i was more worried abut if i would have to get some new drive shaft or something...but im still looking into the rb25det/rb26dett way....:bthumbup: research is cool...woo:lol: |

| not custom i meant like from a s13/14/15 chassie and the fitting it to fit the longer 4 door....to much hassle |
