So yeah, thought I'd let you guys know that I bought my 2nd house.. No parents help this time... feels pretty good so I thought I would show it off here.

Insulated and drywalled garage is going to be nice.. and the cable/cat 5 wired to each room was a great bonus. |

A insulated garage is really good.
During winter, it is considerablly warmer than outside.
Now all you need is a heater. I have one and its the best thing you can have during the winter. |

Uhmm some of the questions..
I currently still own my other house, but the sale is going through in a week..
Canossa is north west, near castledowns.
Dog yes, size.. undecided so far.
House warming party.. uhmm possesion is april 15, so maybe end of april I'll shoot some invites out. |

Looks good Aaron. When I helped buy the house I'm in I had all 3 bedrooms upstairs wired with CAT6, cable, and phone and it's very convinent :bthumbup: Hope you enjoy your new house! See you this summer at the meets again.

I talked to a couple friends who did this when buying new houses.
And now they can't stop kicking themselves, because they find they use the wireless all the time now instead. |

I've got 3 bedrooms, 2 rooms have permanent computers so it works out well. I also have a wireless router for my laptop and whoever else brings one over so I'm "connected" :p Also, I'm a network admin so the cost of network equipment and cabling etc is nill.
