I was wondering where do they sell this type of muffler?

I hate to say it but that looks totaly stock. You can see the smaller tail pipes within the tips.

Oh so they are just tips? Is it possible to get mufflers that look like that but are not stock?

Yeah, those are stock. My last car (a '92 teg) had those on it.
I think Borla makes some like that, but I am not 100% sure.

What is a good muffler to get for an integra and where can I pick one up? And where can I get OBX products in Edmonton such as these mufflers?

i had that on my last car. sounded insane. it was called power7 or something. got it from jbs. makes a crazy poping sound when u let of the throttle. it could set of car alarms in wem parkade.
