What is a Cat-Back? And Is it worth putting on? Or would I be better off putting on a Universal Muffler from AutoToyz or something?

arabian_ryda
do u know what a catalistic converter is? well from there to the back of your car u have a custom exhaust.
i dont think its work getting a cat back unless you really need it. it still the same as if you just put a straight through muffler at the end. if you want no restriction than u straight pipe the exhaust from the down pipe to the back of the car. or u buy a highflow cat if your rich.

If you are just going for sound then put on a muffler, but if you are starting to mod your car then go with a cat back.

Your best bet is to buy some mandrel bent piping and get an exhaust shop to make you an exhaust. Really quite simple. A cat-back exhaust can give you some horsepower though. But thinking long term, are you going to keep your car N/A or turbo it in the future. Those are also questions that should factor into your decision.
