I find that my Bell Mobility service has sucked for quite awhile, from overbilling, to no bills, to billing for features I asked to be cancelled ages ago, and to boot they reneged on their promise to credit my account with $150 for having bought a 2nd cell phone. Did i mention they sold me a phone with the offer of a free mp3 player, then 6months later said sorry it's late but it's on it's way, then 9 months later said sorry your plan is not eligible for the free Mp3 player offer? Bell seems to suck more than any other cell phone service, and I noticed they just fired their CEO.
Anyone have any experience dealing with their cell phone company, in getting them to fix a billing error? They claim they never received a call requesting they cancel a feature, but I called them multiple times to do so. Yet now they say although they may have promised to cancel a feature $$, the customer needs to call back later to confirm they kept their word. Are they insane?
What should I do, write their supervisor/president? The link for the president of BELL canada doesn't work on their website... |

| I Beleive bell has an offer of $99 cancelation fee. Which would free you up to change service provider. |

I'd cancel w/ Bell if I were you.
But if you're not going to cancel, call and bitch the crap out of them. Do so until they waive all your charges and fix all that's wrong with your account.
If they don't do it, cancel. :D

yeah for sure Fido hasn't been as great as it was before Rogers but it's still pretty good.
Better than Rogers. |

I am biased, obviously but for cell phones its all pretty much the same. Data devices is where no one can hold a candle to Rogers.
if I were you I would post on www.howardforums.com in the bell mobility area... i think some bell employees work there and they may be able to point you in the right direction. But I would ditch bell altogether, go with Fido or Rogers. |

| Does Fido still have shitty coverage in rural areas since being taken over by Rogers? |

| You can pay 5 bucks a month to roam on the Rogers network... for now anyway, they will eventually integrate both networks. |

| Thanks for the suggestions. When I searched on Google, I found lots of ppl choked at poor service from Bell. I'm going to do some reading then consider my options. |
