Does anyone have a direct link to the Liberal (Brault's) testamony that was leaked to a American website?
I don't care if there is a publication ban on it, I want to really know how corrupt the Liberals are. |

| umm it would probably be illegal for anyone to post it. But if you did not want to find it, which I would advise, then I would not search on google using keywords such as "jean brault" "ban" "american" "captains" "quarters". Again, I would not search on google with the above keywords to avoid being charged with contempt of court. |

it's a publication ban....meaning newspapers, radio, t.v. ect. cannot release this information. unless 780 has any affiliation to any news related organizations there shouldn't be a problem posting anything about it.
the main reason why it's banned from the media is because they don't want "potential jurors" to have a skewed view on the criminal case that will happen afterwards. if i, or anyone elses happenes to read the testimony they can't be a juror....big f'ing deal. |

WRONG. You are not allowed to broadcast the information, meaning you cant even tell another person verbally. You dont have to be affiliated with any media organization to breach a publication ban. |
