Last Ski Run of the Year - Click HERE for Original Thread

I went on Wednesday to Marmot. I had never been there before. I had never skiied mid-week when no one's on the hill. I have never drank on a ski trip.

Until now.

Oh my god it was so much fun. Black diamonds don't seem as daunting when you've had a couple ;)

ahahahahahahahahah

Anyone else gonna go before May 1st?

I'm probably going the last weekend of April, since Marmot closes May 1st

First time drinking while skiing................ the memories......hehehehe I busted a binding........should of busted my head. :D

I am done skiing now its just to nice outside. I can't get in the mood. IF a freak snowfall occurs maybe. Sunshine in Bannf received a pile of snow a couple of weeks ago when I was there.

Does Marmot still have ample snow? I would think its starting to get quite bare in some spots?

I was in Fernie two weekends ago, they had over a metre of powder the week before, and it was heaven. I haven't pounded the slopes that hard in a long time.

This past weekend I was in Panorama for Sunpit Safari, big wind up party of the year for Downhill Riders (I am a tourguide with them). My last run of the year consisted of the 75 yards down mountain into the slush cup. It was awesome, and I am going to be doing it every year from now on. I have to find myself some crap boots to use, cause I don't want to get my boots soaking wet again.
