Last night some .:asshole: shot out the back window of my 86 Rx-7. No insurence, so I'm looking for the most economical replacment. Just thought I'd check on here and see if anyone has a back hatch they would be willing to sell me, or the best place to pick on up.

:) My dad picked up a used back from the nisku autowreakers today for only $250 (which woulda been the same as my insurence deducatble anyways). Which I looked into also, and now have for an extra $111 a year.
Geeze Sherwood Mazda wanted $1200 for the rear hatch. And crystal glass quoted me the same (prob just called mazda!!!).
So in the end I also gained a rear wiper, which im hoping the factory wiring is there or something, and i can just go get a switch for it.
Anyways thanks for the offer. ~ now
Side note: I won a new drivers side mirrior on ebay today too for $10. |
