hey guys, I'm new here so wanted to say it's nice to get some imput from other 7 owners!
anyways, my question is does anybody know where I can find a reliable mechanic in Edmonton that works on rotary engines?
my mechanics I go to seem to look at me funny whenever I tell them I have a RX7
and I'm trying to avoid the dealerships because they're just too darn expensive! |

hey, its always nice to see new people coming to forums, you just have to be very careful... I personally would never take my rx7 to a shop because usually their work is pretty shady.... Like how park mazda wanted to charge me $200 to change my intake gasket... I did it for 5 bucks and a half hour.
off subject do you have anypictures of your car? What color is it? |

well, the guy I bought my car from always went to Jarman Mazda but he never said how much it usually costs...
by the way, the engine is screwed up badly (it's only running on 1 rotor)
so I dunno if it's best to get a new engine or try and fix my old one (it's got approx. 209,000 kms on it)
my car is red and hopefully I'll get some pics up here |
