Well everybody, we have another event scheduled and we need volunteers to help running it.
Last event was a breeze because we had enough people and very well divided tasks. Nobody got stressed and nobody missed runs.
Who is up to help? Remember that EVERYBODY that drives must help. If you volunteer you don't need to be picking cones out there in the field... :D
We need around 8 volunteers. The available positions are:
Waivers / Registration (2)
Tech (2)
Timing / Start - Stop Box (4)
If we don't have enough volunteers, the event will not run!!!

Good idea, but we need the volunteers first. How about this Friday? It would be short as we will just go over what was done last time. |

Regarding the volunteers meeting, I think is a good idea, but we need volunteers first!

I can help out with timing. I've done it before at ASA events, and with a stop watch at others. However I wouldn't be able to make it Friday.

You can come, just make sure you fill in the registration for the event with all you info to get you to the base and mention that you are just spectating.
