Anyone have a link to the pricing sheet on the entrance fees.

And who do we contact for registration of car clubs (i.e. NECC).

Deadline for registration? Any and all information would be appreciated.

Thanks all.

Aaron,

Your contact for club registration is markis (Mark)

Club registration cost is $35/5 vehicles or $30/10 vehicles

Registration Deadline is May 1/05

If you want show services such as power, drapery, skirted table and such, you'll need to contact Jeff. His email address is on the website.

Oh, and the Quality Inn is the preferred Hotel. It think it's like $80/night and that's for 2 double beds.

We should talk about all cruising down together on the friday morning...

SRBURG13
Cool. Ya I just got my reply from Mark.

Ya, we should all cruise down together.

We were thinking of staying downtown, cause then all of the clubs and what not are in walking distance, along with many restaurants. Then to get to the show, the subway is about a block away, and takes you right to the Olympic Oval for like $2. We'll see.

I'll be in touch.

Thanks Darcy.

Aaron,

I'd be interested in a different local for accomodations as long as there is security because we will have to leave our cars parked there over night (saturday) after we roll out of the show, unless you guys are leaving right afterwards and not staying the night.

I'll see if the crews from Cevo & DC5AB want to join us for the drive down too... If we can all stay at the same hotel, it would be one hell of a party

SRBURG13
Ya, not too sure on the security issue. We just left after the show last year.

We were going to go down Friday morning, put the cars in, get a ride back to the hotel, do our thing, sleep, subway it to the show, sit there, and then drive home after. But we were talking about staying there the night, so I have no idea what is going on.

Security is an issue I agree.

And Dru, I'll ask him for more tire shine ;)

You should make decision pretty soon if you are staying the night or leaving right after the show.

To be honest, I don't feel like driving back to Edmonton after rolling out at 11 o'clock.

I want to book hotel rooms pretty soon, first of week at the latest. Get back to me as soon as you can...

Markis
Sorry for the late reply Aaron, once day I'll catch up with things I owe you.

The hotel info is available on the website:

$84 for a nice room. Great feedback for those who stayed at the qualityinn University. Its a bit out of downtown and the afterparty at coyotes, but a good place regardless.

We would like clubs to register as soon as possible. We'll accomodate all clubs, its our goal to get as much participation as possible. Getting your clubs to register early is in your best interest because it will get you better a better spot in the venue.

SRBURG13
K, I'll talk to the boys, and see what they say about where to stay.
