Hi 89 Rolla,
Do you have an AMA membership? You can find some pretty reputable places through AMA.
I would suggest Sun Toyota or Darren at Brake Check. As for pricing, I am not sure. They would look for things such as lights properly working, windshield not cracked, glass, brakes, leaks from the engine.
