That sounds like Steves truck.

I know it well because I was one of the guys that built it from the ground up.

Mine is still in winter storage with the Typhoon, they should both be out on the streets soon.

Flex
Steve....would he be a mechanic at Rally Subaru??

TurboTony

Maybe this should go in the 'spotted' thread?

And would this syclone and turbo tony's be the ones that run out in camrose? There's like 3 or something I think. Since you own both, do typhoons run the same as syclones(I think syclones run high 11's stock, after you build boost)
Obviously yours is faster according to sig.

TurboTony
Yep, that is one of the trucks that was in Camrose last year and should be there again this year.

Syclones were a bit quicker that Typhoons stock, mostly due to weight. They ran anywhere from mid to high 13's depending on state of tune and driver. Typhoons are usually a 1/2 second slower or so.

Yeah I have tweaked a few things in mine.

Camrose is the first of several towns that host a 100 Footer competition. The Camrose show is actually coming up in two weeks (May 27 & 28), and there will be an autocross competition in Camrose this year, too.

I was down in Camrose for their show(s) last year, both for the rained-out last weekend of May event, and for the August event. Here are a few Syclone runs from Camrose last year:
