So I went down for a quick breakfast this morning at the Canada Place food court and bought myself an sausage and egg muffin. After I finished stuffing my face and ready to throw the takeout box away, I noticed 3-4 evenly spaced half melted holes in the box. The holes weren't on the bottom, but together on one of the surrounding edges of the box. I guessing when the cook placed my food in the box, his cooking utensils must have melted the container a bit and my food placed right against it.
Though the food didn't taste funny, its quite possible the Styrofoam could have absorbed into the melted cheese.
So my question now is, how much Styrofoam ingestion does it take to give me cancer?

Cancer doesn't just magically go "*pop* Here I am to kill you!"
Especially at our age.
It takes a lot of exposure to chemicals & crap for cancer to develop in a healthy young person.
Either that or some gene defect but I don't think that's the case for you ;)
At worst you might have a bad stomach ache, possibly diarrhea, maybe have to get your stomach pumped, irritable bowl syndrome, possibility of ulcers....that can lead to cancer...
oh crap, ignore all of the above.

i wouldn't be worried about cancer if i were u...your greatest worry should be impotence. seems that styrofoam has been linked to a huge number of cases of the 'limp-dick'.
