I recently purchased a silver STOCK (hard to find these days) 2000 civic SiR and was thinking of doing some mods to make it my own. I've already ordered in a Type R spoiler and a <back lip >> which I don't understand why it doesn't come stock w/<< I pick up the parts next week and have been looking at " Fine Line" to get it painted and installed. They were asking for 250 dollars for the spoiler and 100 dollars for the bottom lip... it sounds like a rip to me but i'm not sure...U think? Any other places you suggest i go to?-- I also want to get an aftermarket intake.. any suggestions? Short Ram or cold? Was looking at an AEM (cold) for 325 but don't know if it's worth the price... I also want to get my ride lowered, but as you all know E-town is not the best place to get a car slammed. So i was thinking of getting only a 1.5- 1.7 Drop. But I hear if i get more than a 1.5 drop i would have to get a Cam Kit, new struts, new suspension and an >alignment ( which i thought you always have to get after droppin a car)... Oh and the springs that i was looking at was made by B+G(any good?) for 199 dollars.. it's a 1.7 drop all around which i foudn weird.. cuz isn't the back end higher than the front? anyways i would love to hear your anzers and if you guys have any suggestions for anything else let me know ... thnks

300 sounds fine for painting the parts. As for the lowering i would suggest investing in good springs like h&r or eibach, i've own low end springs and the ride like a skateboard.

1.7" is plently.

I would try looking for used parts they may save you some money.

Don't pay 325 for an intake... Buy an ebay one for 75$ and replace the filter to a high quality one (I'm pretty sure everyone here will tell you this)
AEM, RACTIVE, they all the same, it's just tubing...
