I voted yes, because I believe that it is inevitable. Remember, they are developing new technology when it comes to weapons all the time (it is the USA's single largest expense). I know it was a terrible movie, but starship troopers had tactical nukes in them with very small payloads. I think we will see the devlopment of such technology in our lifetimes, and if that happens, I can see widescale use of them during conflicts.
As to a launch of a "city killer", I think that once we start using small ones to kill a couple city blocks, it will just be a matter of time before someone uses one to destroy a neighborhood, and then it will just keep escalating.

| i voted yes but at the same time i think no becuase by the time it happens they will have found something more destructive and deadly to blow the other 1/2 of the world apart. I am still keeping the ol' fingers crossed that it doesn't happen but it has been proven time and time again that there will be someone in power stupid enuf to start something and as supra_devil said almost garunteed that the US will have something to do with it to show they can win the dick measuring contest. |

Consumerism isn't very earth friendly, so who cares if we go by nukes (oh the drama!) or we go slowly? |

Its the end of the world as we know it.......... :D
........... but I don't think any intercontinental missles will be launched but I sure have a bad feeling of some loose nut setting of a small device in a city center..........
