That is gratitude for ya :D

i usually give an extra 5 bucks, unless he's late, then he gets nothing.

Pro Drag
15-20% just like I would a server in a restaurant, indexed to service recieved of course.

bluecargirl666
at least $5 dollars! and if you dont .. you better start. some pizza places keep track of houses that give no tips.. *koff* *koff*

Charles_00civic
I give my delivery guy 5 bucks and comment him on his car. He has a civic hybrid!

I did delivery for like 3 years. Either you guys tip well, or some of you are lying because I usually would get like 2/3 dollars tips unless it was like a 50-60 dollar order.

I usually double the GST. So it's around 5 bucks.

For those of you who did delivery, did you get a gas allowance from your employer or did you have to pay for gas out of your own pocket? Just curious.

B-Wurm :D

Yea, I still tried to be as nice to them as possible, then when I drive away I swear at them in my head.

I got 2 bucks a delivery, this is in Devon though, so I didn't travel far. So every delivery I got 2 bucks + tip.

POX
2-3 unless its a bit order

Werd. What sucks even more is when you get the fuckin regulars that always want exact change. I hated those bastards. The best was when there was a huge snowstorm (I lived in Manitoba at the time so that was often) you got tipped a lot, on every delivery cuz they felt sorry for you.

Yea you do get the regulars who want exact change or pay with a cheque in the exact amount. After you recognize them and have served them a few times I don't even bother trying to be nice, I just go in, give them their food and get the deed done. Thank god delivery days are over. The only thing that was good about that was getting 10$ once in a while for a tip. And listening to music while driving.

What really sux is when you regularly tip well, and the pizza place fugs up the order again and again. Then you wish you didn't tip so well.

SilverNeonRacer
well here we don't have delivery.... so umm Nothing.. well maybe a $1.50 or so, but I order pickup, so I drive to get it. So I guess $1.50 to ring it in is pretty good.

youngbex
couple bucks nothing more, except this one dude, came here in a SWEET CAMARO like i mean it was sweet, i told him i would tip him 10 bucks if he gave her, and my god, he pinned it and smoked the tires right up the street, it was sweet
