Congradulations! Get yourself a !

Now is the easy part...making it run.

It does not take long to get it going. It took me 2 nights after work to get mine to start, so that was about 5 or 6 hours. I do not rush & I usually do things twice just to be sure.

I will try to drop by and see your handy work tonight. Call me if you have any problems. Did you take pictures of the install? If so post em up in our gallery or send them to me & I will.

way to go hopefully it starts up for you pretty easy and with no gremlins.

i got the motor in the garage pretty much finished now too, only need some valve covers back from powder coaters and a suicide oil hose, then its ready to run.

my engine rebuild was supposed to take a couple months, that was like 7-8 months ago. ya a lesson for all, supra parts take time to get, lol.

Ha! My engine was built 2.5 years ago. It sat in a garage on the north side for a year, then I bought it and it sat in my garage for a year before going in.

I pulled my motor late fall & did not get the new one in till spring. It still took only 2 weeks to do by myself but I let it sit all winter.

Trowa
and now it RUNS!!!!! WOOOHOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

nice to hear man, glad it worked out for ya without any real hassles. i am assuming we would have heard about them if there were any.

HeavyEarly87T
I had to go over & look at the motor...then it started.

Really they had it sorted out by the time I got there, but I did get to see the first plume of new motor smell....(oil cloud) Yummy!

dogstar
congrats on getting it running... it really is a great feeling isnt it?

hopefully supra_devil and i still have the skills, should be able to pull and drop my engine in 3 days of work.
