Not to turn this forum into an EO pissing contest but.....
"5.who cares about this guy v8 slayers choice and stupid tire forums we all don't have deep pockets?"

Street tire class is designed to be cheaper, run what you drive daily so you don't have the extra cost of a set rims and slicks that only get used 4 times a month.

The latest threads discussing rules aren't designed to draw attention from the show crowd, only the people who actually race at the track and want to see some serious prize money. If the topic discussed does not affect you, then we don't necessarily need your opinion.

Drag Radial's are allowed, they aren't as expensive as slicks in MOST cases and they only allow an advantage by being of a stickier compound, not a wrinkle wall treadless slick.

Books, informative websites, personal experience and over 20 years learning from my father who is a certified mechanic. He used to beef up pursuit cars at the RCMP post garage. I personally restored my first vehicle from the ground up with his instruction.

I don't claim to know everything under the sun, but if a question is asked of me and I am not sure I tell the person that. Then I research many sources till I feel I have found the applicable answer, I don't just bullshit to make a sale unlike some people I have met.

from what ive experienced in my limited dealing with pearlywhiteTSI, hes a good guy, who makes a genuine attempt to know what hes talking about, unlike some recent additions to the forum who blow a lot of smoke out of their a$$.

with luck my garage queen will be running this summer, and yeah, THEN i might talk smack, but you can bet its friendly, and i dont talk unless i can back it up.
