Maybe rear hub bearing failure. Had one go bad on the rear of my 96 civic hatch.

night_font
maybe someone didnt like him and un bolted his lug nuts ..not all the way but just enough for him to drive and then fall off hah

qualthar

LudeDude19

blk240sx
i seen that same one at like 5:30 in the mc donalds parking lot of 99th street and 34th ave, all wheels were on the car, i think its a cool idea 4 a paint job!

GTS-4 Boosted
this all looks to much the same civic whells coming off and sil-80 coming off.. i think ppl should check there lug nuts before going any where jk

Soulfly
that's the uglyest civic I've ever seen.. 'cept for the Paint Job..

Tip:

When you mount your alloys, retorque them again after 100km. They have a tendancy to come loose. This happened to my buddy's Tibby GT on the way to Sask. last summer.

Why would you think that way? I'm gonna have to keep my eyes on you when your near my car.

I saw that car downtown yesterday afternoon. My guess is about 2:45 pm ripping around corners. If it was spotted later with the wheels on, my guess is that it just came loose.

Agreed: re-torque after 100 KM with a torque wrench! I think the average is 150 lbs. Somebody jump in here if they know otherwise.

well iff ppl didnt have there n'sync blaring so loud u would hear a loose wheel, let alone feel it......its happened to all of most guys who have done there own work...just the smart ones know what it is, when it happens:dunno:

Billy
Saw that guy this morning on 178st.

TurboMR2
I really like the paint on that civic...

DelSoln
I always see that car on Millwoods road south. I believe it has a Saskatchewan plate on it as well.

blk240sx
it dieinateley has an awsome paint job....i seen it and was like whoa that a sweet idea for a paint job!

n0c7
I've torqued my own wheels on by hand and havent had any mishaps yet.. better double check.

Altezza
One of my buddys tires did that when your tourqing the nuts if you over toruqe them they will get loose after a while of unproper installation.

Mekanik22
Maybe he got a piece of rice stuck in the wheel and it pried it off...

90teg
AHAHAH I SAW THAT TODAY AT THE BANK - suck - very nice car

Are you looking to Strip your studs and lug nuts? or what??

It's 80-90 ft-lbs...

Must have confused it with the hub nut, that's around 150 ft/lbs.
