so with this it jsut lets you link everythign to your tv . and give s you the options to pause and stuff. and record tv onto your comp right. and have msn on your tv as well.
the sites clutterd with so much stuff i cna't fidn what iam looking for . |

| how the ease of the system . is it pretty stright forward. and is it worth it to buy the 2nd comp or just build my own that will fuction just like the media center computers? |

no, you really don't need a second pc to do that stuff, all you need for recording / time shift TV is a tv tuner and a big hard drive.. |

also don't forget a vid card that has tv out, as well as a decent amount of RAM
The media center OS gives you the capability when you have the needed hardware to record, pause and rewind TV, it also has a different interface for all your media types such as photos and music as well as video |

so i can pretty much built the comp i have to be like a media center one then put media center OS on it ?
but then i would lose xp pro lol dont want that to happen lol |
