as far as i know the radio tuner will work, but only goes up to around 100 on the FM range. Im not even sure it will play cd's from the north american continent.

| it should, CD-R's and regular CD's from japan played fine in the CD players at my house and the deck in my car. we had a student exchange student and all her stuff played in our dvd/cd players and car stereo's just fine. |
