I been getting mood swings like crazy lately. Especialy at work what can I do what would you suggest I try anything...

take a vacation.........:)
go down to the health food store and check out st johns wart...its supposed to help with mood |

Some people get mood swings from an improper diet.
Or you could try something like exercise - that helps regulate my mood... |

I'd suggest figuring out what the main cause of the mood swings is.
If it's stress, there are positive ways to deal & cope with stress.
If it has to do with the missus, communication solves many problems.
Try to find out what is generating all this tension inside you. |

I got worked up over it and confronted my boss today. We had a spat and then I got him seein things from my point of view. Now I can do anything I want :bthumbup: I told them if they dont like the idea that I teach I give them good luck finding a replacement for me. They gave me more money too wierd how that works :dunno: but after reading your suggestions I got the courage up to do this so thanks alot!
Oh and as for a vacation , this was my first week back from 9 days vacation and returned hot headed lol!
