I just bought a gold 89 EX-i Coupe, and right now it sits stock. It's damn near brand new, and I'm getting started on the mods right away. First things first, rims, the black mouldings will need to be painted gold, tint, and clear lights. I'm gonna try and go the custom tail light route, but looks like a struggle. I've seen a lot of info on people doing it, but has anyone ever tried rigging up a set of euro lights from another gen or even from another brand of vehicle? Something tells me there's gotta be a way somehow. I'll work on the engine after I get some cosmetic stuff out of the way.

Any suggestions on where to look for rims? Hopefully I'll get a pic of my car up here pretty quick.

I'm driving a red 98 LX Coupe. . I've dropped it 1.7 inchs with H&R springs and Tokico Blues. I've also put some new bushings on my sway bars . Intake and new muffler top off the current mods, header and full exhaust in the works and suspension too. Audio system is all bought just needs to be installed. Cosmetically have new front grill and eyebrows are on the was, and rims will come when I find the right set. Pics will be up when there is a nice day and I have some time..

how can the motor die from a little race? my transmission slips and pounds on my motor every day and there seems to be nothing wrong with it, asides from probably bad motor mounts which vibrate the car when shifting from 1st to 2nd

Hondacrazy
My motor has over 450,000k. That is how. And I wasn't very nice to it at the track.

my friends 86 prelude motor had about 450,000km on it. he wasnt very nice to the engine at all and somehow it was able to handle all the abuse until it got sold

I wasn't only owner. It was my little bro's first car. It is going to be the three clutch and the motor had slit knock before i got it. But hey it is my first time ever blow up an A20. And I have had quite a few of them.
