tire shine products - Click HERE for Original Thread

Hi, just wondering what is the best tire shine dressing product out there. I have been using the Eagle one tire shine, and my bottle is almost out, but I am wondering if there a better product out there, that is more glossier or will last longer. I have seen some tire gel products at Canadian tire , and was wondering if anybody has any positive experiences with those.

Hi Bigdawg889,

Here is a review of the Black Magic Tire Wet Foam that I wrote on the Supra Club website.

Hope it helps.

Mike Nikolai

This is not a bad product. I used it for the first time this past summer. Really makes the tire shine and gives it the wet look as one is accustomed to with any tire shine. I like it due to the length of time the shine stays. The down side is you need to wait untill the foam completely dissapears before you drive your car. This can take a little while. If you do not let the foam dissapear you run the risk of getting the foam on your car then it will collect dust and make your nice wash job look like garbage. There is a Black Magic tire spray that is avaliable in different tinting colors too. This is a neat idea, but I like the wet Black look myself. I reccomend buying it. Price wise it is a little on the higher end, but still pretty good for a tire enhancer.

Specs 510g pressurized spray can
Color White foam, but leaves tires looking wet and Black
Product Number Not avaliable
Bar Code 077249221459
Smells like liquorice.

Thanks for reading,

Mike Nikolai

I like Meguiars paste...once you've applied it with a sponge, it'll stay black and fresh for weeks.

I recommend black magic as well. The foam is gone after 10 -15 minutes so it's not too bad a wait.

Meguiar's Endurance...excellent stuff (two formulas - black or glossy)

Endurance looks good, and definately lasts a while. But take note of product sling. Endurance is bad for that, and I've stopped using it for that reason.

If you like more of a satin look than wet I find that Mothers version of Armour All works great and lasts.
