It's no S2000 but it suits me just fine - Click HERE for Original Thread

THUD
Well after months of looking for something blue I found it...somewere over here.
I know it ain't overly to special but my CRX need's some more TLC and after 4 years it was just time to add anouther honda to the list, and it will give me time to save up some cash for a newer one.

It's in great condition for a 93 and I have already tuned it up ...I now have to hold myself back from moding it up to much...BAH!

Hope you don't mind but I fixed your post a bit to show the thumbnail :)

Nice looking EG!
Hard to find them without rust

dx are nice and light but if u plan on tunin, add disc brakes to back and get GSR front spindels or even Type R if u can find them, probably the best first thing u can do

THUD
I have not looked into what fits on this car but a combo of SI parts and other stuff should help with the comical body roll.
Good thing too is that I can go autoXin aging!!

SketchifisT
I love my bigger brakes, allows comin down from faster speeds to be smooth and control'd . But yeah i suggest before swapin engines or goin for power, sort out suspension and brakin aspects and go from there.

Seen too many civics die because a swap cause premature and the car cant handle it

ChromeDragon
Nice new ride Dennis. You know it's only a matter of time until you start modding it too.

I have to agree here.. My car was actually faster in a autocross before my GSR swap.. mostly because I way overdrive the car and roast the tires all the time now.. I just need to learn that I can't got full throttle anymore, or at least not untill the car has R compounds.

u gotta turbo that mother.. 190hp at that weight and your laughing :)

THUD
190HP...psssssffft I can get that from stickers a wing and a hood scope I not need no turbo!!
The stock D15b7 1493cc 102hp@5900rpm 98tq@5000rpm and crappy gearing is perfect for the current gas prices...thats primarly why I got it but I did how ever observe that it burns a hint of blue and the motor was dirty so I may have to pull it and do a BOB brand engine rebuild like I did to my CRX and give Eran a good run against that SC RSX he clams is fast

do the 2 litre dart block!!

dart block dart block dart block

Nightstalker
The dart block is a closed deck design though so its not really the best for things like road racing. I doesn't let the head cool. But on the up side you don't blow as many head gaskets.

no water jackets?

SketchifisT
I get to race aaron or however u spell his name and his RSX first ;) once my civic is fixed, or if i does get fixed ima come up there to race him ;) N/A vs Forced Induction

they have water jackets as you can see. They are just closed up on top but still have the holes to allow flow to the head.
