| 2 of my 4 reverse lenses (clear) are pushed in, so i was wondering how do fix them? |

Not sure what you mean... the bulbs, or the lenses? (hard to assess without seeing it).
If your center panel is toast, you may be able to convince me to sell you my original OEM center panel. (as an option)

| not the bulbs i mean the the clear lenses that the light bulbs shine through...they are pushed in and i was wondering if i could just some how put them back in place:dunno: |

I've never seen that happen before. Its possible your panel is damaged then (but I can't say for sure without seeing it). If that's the case then you may have no choice but to replace it.
